My Thoughts:

Ever since I read about the harmful effects of antiperspirant, I have been a user of all-natural deodorants. The only issue is, there are so many brands. Finding one that works for me has been a bit of a challenge. My skin is very sensitive. Some brands on the market have given me rashes, dry patches, and discoloration. When I heard about Thesis Beauty and their award-winning formula, I knew I had to try it.

First and foremost, the packaging was beautiful. Such calming colors and the bottle was so pretty. You could smell the delicious essential oils right when you open the box. If you're someone who loves a good fragrance in your deodorant, you will love Thesis! The scent is earthy and welcoming.

Upon using the product, I was thrilled. It's wonderful and truly works. The smell lasts and the formula easily fights the odors of sweat no matter where it is on the body. My Thoughts:

Like many people out there, I have had dental insecurities for many years. Growing up, I have seen countless dentists and orthodontists about ways to improve my smile. Some would recommend braces for six months to even three years at one point. Others said my teeth were great and a couple small procedures or veneers would fix them, but they were very pricey and braces would be off the table if I ever did want them. As I got older and decided to go to college, I did not have the time or extra expenses to invest in the process of fixing my smile, yet I still dreamed of my perfect , whiter and more professional looking smile being a reality someday.

My Smile before Instasmile.

My biggest insecurities with my smile had to do with the spacing between my two front teeth. I also had a small fang tooth at the top, a generational tooth passed down to many of us that didn't match the other side. When I heard of Instasmile's clip in veneers via social media, I knew I needed to check out the company. With graduate school coming my way in the next couple of years, it seemed like the best time to look into improving my smile.

I was thrilled to be able to review Instasmile. I placed my order for the upper and lower sets in Classic A1 through the phone and the customer service team explained that first, an impressions kit would be sent to my home. Once received, I could make a webcam appointment, and they would walk me through it. The impression process was a lot easier than expected. Included in my kit was the putty to mix and the trays to take the impressions. The customer service representative walked me through each step from mixing the putty to holding the trays for as long as needed. Once the impressions were approved they were sent off in the box included for the free re-delivery to Instasmile. Once my impressions were received, an email was sent to me with the expected shipping date of my completed veneers.

Once my veneers arrived I was shocked at how beautiful the coloring was and how perfectly shaped they were to my teeth. They were packed safely with an included case with a mirror inside for easy storage after use. I put them in and they fit with no problems. It was amazing to see myself with a new smile for the first time. It was such a special moment! Immediately I began showing them off to family and friends and they too were thrilled with my results.

The only side affects I have had thus far is minor pain at the bottom of my teeth and a small lisp for the first couple of days I used Instasmile. The lisp is slight and lasts a couple of minutes until my mouth begins to adjust to having my teeth straight. The most common questions people have asked me so far is if I can eat and drink with them and the answer is yes! I have already done both and my teeth look perfect without any staining. It takes a little getting used to at first because like with talking, you are learning how to move your mouth and tongue around the veneers. Once you find your rhythm, you'll be good to go!

I have always found in my Christmas stocking, a new toothbrush and toothpaste. As far back as I can remember, they were a part of the holiday tradition. Along with trinkets and treats, having a new toothbrush was a useful item!

I thought it would be a deep black color paste, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a lighter gray color. I like the fresh mint taste! It is powerfully minty! Using the kit daily is as simple as regular brushing. After a few days use, I could see a brighter smile. I will continue to use this toothpaste kit as it really seems to work. I think it will take more usage to really get the brightness I am hoping for. My husband has been using the toothpaste too without the special charcoal brush and has noticed a significant whitening as well. This is a great new oral care product that we will continue using.

Colgate 360 Advanced Whitening Battery Powered Toothbrush

A powered clean! The battery powered toothbrush is a slim and lightweight toothbrush. The shape is easy to hold and simple to control. Regular usage has been shown to remove 5 times more plaque reduction. The spinning brush is gentle on the gums. The brush head is replaceable when needed. I like the 2-minute timer. The suggested brushing time is 2 minutes and the brush automatically shuts off at the 2 minute mark. The head itself is compact with soft bristles. This is a powerful brush! It uses sonic vibrations at 20,000 strokes per minute. It makes my mouth feel tingly! The shape is ideal and does not feel bulky when using. It is compact enough to take while traveling. My Thoughts:

I recently fell in love with coloring my hair at home. It feels like the ultimate self care day. However, with the amount of harsh chemicals within the market dyes, I knew I needed to find one that was safe. That's when I discovered, Iroiro Colors! The shades on their website were vibrant, bright, and of course contained a natural formula! The first ingrediant that stood out to me was the coconut oil. I currently use it in my beauty regime so seeing that was very exciting!

When the samples arrived I could not wait to give them a try. As advised, I began with the strand test. The colors I tried were Iro Red, Iro Dark Red, and Iro Pink. My natural hair color is a sandy blonde so I decided to try the shades on that rather that lighten them. The first thing I noticed was the hair dyed smelled amazing! No harsh smells whatsoever, just a sweet scent of the Yuzu Cranberry. Each dye was quite thick. It made it easy to spread across the strands. You can see the results of the strand test here:

Although I enjoyed all the colors, I adored the Iro Red the most. It came across the best for my natural color. Spreading the Iro Red was simple with how thick the formula was. It went perfectly from root to tip with no dripping! During the process of the coloring I allowed the product to sit in my hair for a little over an hour due to having sandy colored hair. It did not bother my scalp whatsoever. It felt like a hydrating mask.

Iro Red washed out nicely and did not dye my tub or my bathroom. The first wash was simple and effective! My hair felt incredibly soft and smooth. The color was bright, vibrant and truly beautiful! The color has stayed put well over the course of the last few weeks. As of now the roots are beginning to show a bit and the red has begun to fade into a lovely pink, but it is still just as gorgeous.

I was amazed by the results I received using Iroiro Colors! I have been getting lots of compliments by family, friends, clients, even strangers about the new look! Knowing that I can finally have red hair again without fears of damage is wonderful! I used to have to go to the salon constantly years ago just to maintain it, but not anymore! My Thoughts:

Having thin hair, I often am faced with many issues when it comes to styling. Everything from humidity to the cold weather can leave my tresses looking dry and brittle. When the mask arrived I was very pleased with the overall smell! I would say the scent of carrot stood out the most, with a hint of earthy green tea. The product was a nice consistency that made it easy to spread through the strands of my hair and to the roots. Like advised, I left the mask on for about 15 minutes while I finished up my shower. Depending on your needs, this treatment can be left on for an hour if you prefer under a cap without heat needing to be added. 

Due to having thin hair, the 15 mark was perfect for me. My hair felt amazing afterwards! It was soft, smooth, shiny, and manageable. After a couple weeks of use, I did see some volume being added! I truly love this product and intend on continuing my use of it!

My Thoughts: 

As an art teacher, my nails are constantly getting covered in paint, clay, glue, etc. On top of that, they are getting washed more often than most, leaving my nails looking dull and dry. My Thoughts:

I adore makeup, and any form of eye intensifying products are my weaknesses. My favorite thing to rock are long, luscious lashes. I've never applied fiber mascara before, so this was a new experience for me. In order to get the best results, Divaderme recommends a three step system. Firstly, apply a coat of the Fiber Wings II Mascara. Next, apply one coat of the Lash Extender II right after to ensure the mascara does not dry. If it drys, the fibers will not stick properly. Then, finish off with another coat of the mascara and you are good to go!

The Fiber Wings II Mascara brought out a significant amount of length and volume. The formula was thick, but went on evenly and it covered my lashes well. Applying the Lash Extender was a bit messy since you are coating your wet lashes with fibers. However, Divaderme recommends leaning over the sink and applying towards your mirror. Always remember that tapping the brush will help remove any excess fibers. Finish off the application by dusting the fibers off with your makeup brush if any have gotten onto your skin. The next coat of mascara will finish off the look. It did indeed lock in the fibers, while adding some extra length and intensity to my lashes. I was very happy overall! 

I have to say my look lasted all day. My mascara did not smudge or run. It was simple to remove with my makeup wipes and cleanser before bed. I was quite happy with my gorgeous lashes! I would certainly recommend giving Divaderme a try if you are on the market for a quality fiber mascara line of products. Not only do they work, but the ingredients and results will ensure a long lasting and healthy feel!
