Young innovators are invited to pitch their in-action solutions for the opportunity to present at the Aspen Ideas Festival, be partnered with industry mentors, and earn up to $50,000 to further their program and education. Whether your kids are already back in school or will be starting next week like mine, now is the time to start gathering your Box Tops. This time of year, Walmart Bonus Box Tops are available on select General Mills® products, so it's a great time to get your kids involved. I live in a little tourist town with few year round residents. Our little schools need all the help they can get, so my kids and I always purchase Box Top Brands first.
In addition to buying the products, we try to encourage others to take part as well. Here are three fun ways that we discovered to keep the Box Tops rolling in.
1) Decorate a box with a little slot in it, and make a mini poster letting people know you're gathering box tops for your school. Leave it at the customer service center at local stores that carry Box Top products. You'll be amazed how many you can collect this way. Just be sure to ask a manager for permission first.
2) If your a teacher or class room mom, make it a game for the kids. Make a chart with all their names on it, and mark off every time they bring in a Box Top. When they reach a certain level, reward them with small prizes likes stickers or temporary tattoos.
3) Get your friends and family involved. We have a ton of friends and neighbors who don't have kids of their own. My children offer to do little chores for them, like raking leaves or washing their car, in exchange for their Box Tops. Most people are very receptive, and it's a great way to teach kids responsibility as well as earning more money for your school.
These are only a few ways to earn Box Tops for your school. Think outside the box and try to come up with some unique ideas of your own. Since this program began in 1996, over $525 Million has been earned, so
it's obvious that Box Tops are making a big difference for schools across the country. Make sure that this year, you and your family do your part. If you want to learn about all

Soon it will be time to head back to school -- are you ready? Sounds like a little shopping is in order to gear up for the new school year. Since you have to go shopping anyway, why not earn cash for your school at the same time?
Box Tops for Education have
helped nearly 80,000 schools across the country earn millions
since the program started in 1996. Box Tops gives schools funds they can use for whatever they need most including textbooks, laptops, musical instruments, playground equipment, field trips, and basic classroom
supplies. In fact, Box Tops is one of America’s largest school earnings loyalty programs.
I have always been a huge supporter of Box Tops for Education. My children actually fight over who's going to take each batch in to
their teachers. Saving tons of Box Tops has never been an issue for me. Some of my favorites include General Mills cereals, Betty Crocker, and Fiber One. With a family of
six, we go through tons of these products. Of course, the best place to stock up on our favorites is Walmart. With their rollback prices, you get the best deals.
Collecting Box Tops is easy. Simply cut the squares from participating brands and start adding up the savings. Each box top is worth $.10, and believe me, it adds up quickly. This past year, my daughter's
school raised over $500 just by cutting out box tops. This time of year, you can rather even more savings. Many General Mills products are offering bonus Boxtops throughout the back to school season.

We
all know that breakfast is an important start to your family’s day, but
all too often, it’s rushed, hectic, and…monotonous. So what can be done
to make breakfast a little more delightful and fun?
Here are surprising twists on breakfast using favorite items that start your family’s day off with a smile.
My Thoughts
General Mills and Target have lots of way to help you get your morning off to a good start. A good breakfast will give your family the energy to make it through the rest of the day, but it doesn't have to be complicated, using these fabulous products, you can find ways to make a tasty and unique breakfast every day.
Some of these items can stand all on their own, but many can be combined to make breakfast fun. A Nature Valley Granola Bar is perfect for days when you're running late, but if you want to try something really unique, spread a little Nutella on them. With the On-The-Go Nutella packages, kids even can dip their granola bars on the bus. The loose granola and be added to any flavor of yogurt to provide a wholesome and filling meal. Or try blending your Hoerner's Big Slice Apples Snacks with your Quaker Oats to make it a fruity delight. When all else fails, a bowl of Cheerios or Trix will put a smile of any kid's face.
If you want to stock up on some of these fabulous products, you find special savings at Target – and even more inspiration for putting a new spin on breakfast by visiting Target.com/BreakfastTwist.
