My Review 

Wick of Hope sent me two candles to try: Warm Summer Nights and Blossoms at Dusk. Both arrived in gorgeous glass containers with wooden lids, the kind you reuse afterward for cotton balls, crystals, office supplies, or whatever little treasures you hoard. The packaging alone feels gift‑worthy.

Warm Summer Nights

This one is cozy, nostalgic, and has that soft, warm glow of a late‑evening breeze. It’s the kind of scent that makes your whole space feel calm and lived‑in.

Blossoms at Dusk

Light, floral, and elegant without being overpowering. It smells like a garden right after sunset; soft, romantic, and clean.

Both candles burn beautifully. Soy candles are known for being cleaner, longer‑lasting, and less sooty than paraffin, and these definitely live up to that reputation. I’ve been burning Warm Summer Nights for over a week, and it’s still going strong with an even melt and no tunneling.

Final Thoughts

My Thoughts

If you're anything like me, you always have to have a candle burning in the house. A scented candle really helps to lighten the mood.  A pleasant scent brightens up the house and a the warm flame is relaxing. ChiCandle Review – New Soy Candles for Book Lovers!

In this age of e-readers and tablets, I still enjoy holding a real paper book sometimes! Bookstores are a favorite place of mine to shop. I like the musty smell of the ink on paper in old books. Browsing the shelves to find a book treasure is a joy for many book lovers!

My Thoughts 

 I've always loved burning candles.  For me, they are more than simply a way to make my house smell pretty. I love gazing into the flame and feeling the power of the element of fire.  I use candles for meditation just as much as I use them home decor.  The spring line from Bright Endeavors is a great addition to my collection. These scents are made using an eclectic mix of soy and essential oils  to infuse your home with a complex and intriguing fragrance. They come in a unique scents and pretty displays. 

 
I was able to test out the Sandalwood and Patchouli blend.  It's a nice earthy scent that fills the house with fragrance.   It's poured into a pretty glass tumblers that will be easy to re-purpose after the wax burns out. I've been burning this candle for several hours over the last few days, and I've barely made a dent in  it. They are long lasting, burn evenly, and smell amazing.  There is  no black soot left behind when you blow out the flame, and the beautiful containers help them blend in well with any home decor.

I love burning candles, but I don't enjoy the black soot they can create. I was looking for something more natural, and The Wise Hive Apiary was just what I wanted. They have a wonderful selection that met all my expectations and more.  Their candles are made using pure beeswax, so they are a more natural option. They also use only cotton wicks, which means no icky soot on your ceiling. But there's still even more to love about these candles.  When you light them, you are doing more than covering up unpleasant odors or creating a nice ambiance. What looks like flecks of gold in this candle is actually fresh herbs that are grown by the candle maker herself.
