My Thoughts

Bang is a crime drama series that centers around two siblings. Gina is is an upstanding member of the local police force while Sam has gotten involved with crime. Gina finds herself caught between family and duty when her brother is implicated in a horrendous crime. At the same time, she is trying to uncover the cold case surrounding her father's murder. This first season has eight episodes and a look behind the scenes:

The Package - Gina and her partner come upon a murder while investigating a robbery.  Sam is being bullied until his tormentor's girlfriend gives him a special package.

Gunshots - Sam hides the gun. Gina gets reports of gunfire. The police look into suspects in the murder of a salesman.

Loss - Sam is devastated when his grandmother dies and his mom wants to sell the house. He starts stealing at work. Police show up at Patricia's house.

Shot - Sam decides to rob his stepfather.

The Truth - Gina's boss Carl confronts Sam and he retaliates by insinuating Carl is in a relationship with his sister. Gina looks into her father's murder.

Ashamed - Sam and Ela rob a club, and Luke gives chase. Gina questions them, but they manage to sidestep her.

Suspicions - A body found is the woods is connected to Stevie. Sam's family is suspicious.

Part of It - Gina confronts her mother about her suspicions. Sam is in trouble when people come looking for his gun.

This is a really great series. There is a lot of action during the investigations, and the relationship between the siblings adds another layer of drama. I am pulling for Sam to redeem himself and turn his life around, but who knows! I can't wait to see what happens in Series 2. You can grab a copy of his exciting new drama for yourself online at Acorn Media or on Amazon.
