My Thoughts

My Thoughts

I've been hearing a lot lately about the lack of magnesium in our foods and how it has an effect on our overall well being. So when I got the opportunity to give EASE a try, I was excited to see how it would effect me. I suffer from anxiety and depression, so I wanted to try this to see if it would help me, as I don't take any medications for this due to them just never meshing with my body correctly.

My Thoughts

The first thing I have to say is these are the best tasting gummy vitamins I've tried. I wish I could eat more than one pack a day. I tried the Beauty Pack from VitaFive which comes with Biotin, Omega 3, and Vitamin C. I've been taking my pack roughly a week and in all honestly, I can see a difference in my skin and my nails are growing strong. I've never taken Omega before, so this is a new vitamin for me, as well as vitamin C. I normally take a B complex everyday that has biotin in it. The three vitamins I have been taking have really made a difference.

One of my favorite things about this box is the customization. It made me feel like I was a client and not just another address they had to ship a box to. Each pack in my box has my name on it.

My Thoughts

My family received the vanilla flavored shake. I decided to try it out in a fruit smoothie. We only had blueberries left, and usually I have to add a little sugar to keep it from being bitter. Instead of sugar, I added a few scoops of the Vanilla KidzShake with blueberries, vanilla yogurt, granola, ice and water.  It turned out amazing. The vanilla flavor really came through, and made it taste even better than usual. My kids sucked in down in seconds.

Our Thoughts

Probiotics have been in the know for a few years now and have only become more popular. From supplements to probiotic foods that encourage good healthy gut bacteria, everyone knows that probiotics are something that should be added to everyone's daily lifestyle. I am nursing, however, so I have been taking the probiotic and this helps ensure that my mother's milk is filled with even more nutrition for my son.

I had my daughters try this probiotic in their morning juice, orange or apple. Neither of them tasted anything but they could tell there was a slight powdery residue in their drink. It did not bother them enough to not take their EndoMune Junior. I have taken this product with just plain water, and I don't recommend that because it it quite powdery, but if mixed with the right drink it's fine.

As for how well it works, my youngest daughter has stomach problems from time to time when she eats dairy products, but I have noticed that as she has been taking EndoMune daily, she complains much less about her stomach. Also, both of my children have healthier bowel (regularity) habits. I'd say this is a good product for both parents and kids!

Our Thoughts

Tumeric is as orange as can be in these capsules. I have only recently used tumeric in my own diet in the past year and a half. It has a taste unlike any other so I only add a dash here or there in certain dishes but I know it's full of healthy stuff for you so I want to eat it in higher quantities without burning my tastebuds out on it's taste. Tumeric Formula is the best solution to accomplish my goal. The label clearly states it's health benefits (blood and lymph system) and serving size. Of course, it's organic!

Chyawanprash looks like tar! It is not at all the consistency you think of when you hear the word jam, it really took me by surprise. The taste, however, is very interesting. It's being promoted around Halloween time, however it reminds me more of Christmas! There is this underlying spicy/cinnamon taste that I love in anything, so it makes this taste great. There is also a subtle flavor of black licorice, which is not my favorite at all, but mixed with the other tastes it blends really well. The best way I can describe it is the bubble gum from Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, when Violet is eating the gum and it goes through different meals. Aside from the taste, it is Organic, and from a brand, Organic India, which I trust. I know that I am putting healthy food in my body when I eat this and it's filling too so you don't need a lot and it'll last a while.

I have elderberries growing wild all over my own property but I've always been a bit hesitant to try my hand at making my own concoctions. This seemed like a happy medium and I have never tasted elderberries before. The only bad thing I can say about this product is that you're in danger of drinking it all in one go. It is that good! The recommended dose for the extract is two tablespoons, but I could easily just drink the whole thing, it tasted just like a fruit juice.

Elderberries assist the immune system and this arrived just in time as I was battling a horrible tooth infection so perfect timing. I also had my husband take some as well to fight an infection in his leg from a nasty scrape. The bottle lasted about a week so I can see how that'd be a bit steep to restock but it's well worth it. Kids would easily take this and it's good for them, they would have no idea that it's a "medicine" which it's not technically except for nature's medicine.

I was blown away and really am excited to try more products from this company.
