My Thoughts

Okay, so you need to understand something about my dog before we get into the review.... she is neurotic and incredibly anxiety ridden. If you are folding laundry and snap a towel or something while folding it, she is gone. Bolts out of the room. You move too fast, gone. Balloon pops, gone. Vacuum, gone. Her favorite place to hide is under my son's futon. She is like a cat. She has always been like this. We are a loving, happy family. My other dog acts like one of our children and is a spoiled prince lol. We treat her just as well, if not better. I baby her. This is just her personality. However, the worst is when there is a storm, or fireworks. She really gets worked up then. It breaks my heart. So when I heard about these treats, I thought to myself, she is a prime candidate for it. They sounded better for her than putting her on prescription meds.
Now I am not going to lie to you and say she was miraculously cured after eating these treats, but I did notice a significant change in her. She was far less jumpy, and during a storm her "nervous period" was definitely not as long or as strong (she shakes). These treats are great for animals. They are fantastic for digestive and keeping your dog regular as well. I have an 11 year old chocolate lab as well and the mobility chews are great for his old man joints. He seems perkier and wants to play with the kids when I give them to him on the regular. I definitely can see more "puppy glow" in his eyes when he eats them. I love the flavors too. All of the benefits are fantastic as well. If you have nervous dogs, dogs with digestion problems, older dogs, really any dog (they boost immune support) can have benefits from these treats. I want to check their other products as well. I am really interested in the water boosters.

EASE Magnesium helps with stress, anxiety, and sleep

For many, stress is a fact of life that can come at us in numerous forms, both mentally and physically. The solution: A simple magnesium spray to keep stress at bay.
Here's why more magnesium is the key to stress less:
  • Stress causes magnesium levels to drop, and unfortunately, a lack of magnesium magnifies stress
  • Low magnesium levels during stressful times can cause energy depletion and fatigue, hindering the body's ability to manage stress
  • When stress depletes magnesium storage, arterial spasms can result. Arteries can constrict and spasm, which can also lead to chest pain
  • Coincidence? 80% of American's are Magnesium Deficient, and stress levels are continually rising in America
EASE Magnesium: Brain, Muscle, Bone & Tissue
  • This powerful supplement is instantly absorbed into the skin and goes directly to work in your body by supplying the levels of magnesium needed for optimum performance.
  • Low magnesium levels are the root cause of aches, pains, stress, anxiety, poor digestion and low quality sleep.
  • Ingredients: Ultra-purified water and the highest pharmaceutical grade of magnesium chloride hexahydrate using i-tech to produce.
  • Product targets 'tissue' magnesium levels and works to:
    • Soothe muscle and joint aches/pains
    • Improve overall mood, mental clarity and focus
    • Aid in digestive cycle
    • Improve sleep cycle
    • Combat stress

My Thoughts

I've been hearing a lot lately about the lack of magnesium in our foods and how it has an effect on our overall well being. So when I got the opportunity to give EASE a try, I was excited to see how it would effect me. I suffer from anxiety and depression, so I wanted to try this to see if it would help me, as I don't take any medications for this due to them just never meshing with my body correctly.

With EASE magnesium, it comes in a spray bottle that you can spray over your body after your daily shower. Or spray into your hand and put on the area you need to target. The bottle states it can help you relax as well as energize you. Products that can do both of those things always interest me because I wonder how it can go into the body and know which one you're body is needing at that time.

With EASE magnesium, I tried it after my shower a few times as well as other times I sprayed into my hands and rubbed into my arms or the back of my neck. I've been using this for a few weeks, and it's hard for me to tell if it's having much effect on me. My mental well-being has been good. I've had a lot going on in my life, staying busy and stressed but I haven't fallen into being over anxious. I would like to think that EASE has been helping with that, even though it hasn't been something that I used daily.

I do want to note that a few times that I used this, I got itchy in the areas that it was applied. I'm not sure if that's usual and it was my body rejecting or accepting the EASE spray. It wasn't every time I used it, just a few of the times.

If you suffer from any of the above things mentioned, give EASE a try. One thing I liked about EASE was it wasn't something I was ingesting, so I felt a little safer giving it a try to see how it worked for me.

Flying with Children

If you think that your child is the only kid out there with a methods fear of flying, you’re not alone. Many kiddos have a fear of flying and while it is unknown whether this issue is truly a phobia or simply a reaction to certain events, it can be frightful and limiting to the person suffering from it.

 Keep the Kids Occupied

A great way to keep your children calm while flying is to simply distract them. Coloring books are a great way to keep younger children entertained and their mind off of what is going on around them. If you’re headed on a long vacation, you may even try to talk your children into doing their homework on the plane so they won’t have to worry about it later!

 Reduce Anxiety

There are numerous coping strategies that can be used to make flying less stressful. The Anxiety and Depression Association of America recommends taking the following steps on the day of a flight: Stay focused on the destination and the fun that you’re about to have. Anxiety is reduced when a person thinks of what they are traveling for in the first place, and how rewarding it will be to arrive at their destination. Calming your children before the flight can help greatly before they even board. If you can find an empty area in the airport, try playing games that will tire them out a bit so they aren’t so focused on the upcoming flight. Of course, remember to respect the space of other people in the airport! Avoid sugar and other foods and drink that may energize your kids before you board. If your children continue to struggle with flying anxiety over numerous trips you may want to consider addressing with them where the fear is stemming from. Sometimes it may just be the noise, or even the confined space that makes them feel anxious, versus actually flying through the air.

Take a Flying Course

Both European and American airports offer courses to assist people in overcoming a fear of flying. These courses are operated by airline staff and cabin crews. However, these courses may not be beneficial for young children who don’t fully understand the concepts of flying. The courses typically help people understand how flying works, explain misconceptions about air travel and introduce relaxation techniques to deal with turbulence.
