My Thoughts:

I've been a fan of Dove products for many years. I was raised using their soap that was always extremely moisturizing for my sensitive skin. As I got older, I fell in love with their body washes. When I heard Dove was coming out with the UltraCare collection, it was so exciting. Dove was kind enough to share this line with me and I can't want wait to share it with you. Thank you, Dove!

Having fine, thin hair, I could not wait to try the foam line. Never hearing of foam conditioners before, this was such a unique product line that quickly became my favorite. After dispensing it in the shower, it smelled amazing. Not too strong, but just enough to add a classy fragrance. What I noticed about the foam conditions is that they deposit very nicely and saturate the hair follicles without feeling heavy.

My first foam attempt was with the Weightless Volume conditioner. After blow drying my hair, I was shocked at the volume I had. Not only did it liven my hair, it did indeed feel weightless. The best part? The volume stayed all day! Unlike other styling products that eventually fade, my hair remained looking vibrant and full of life. The second Foam conditioner was the Weightless Moisture. I loved this one! It made my scalp feel hydrated and left a soft, shiny sheen to my hair. This one also felt just as weightless as the other and had a similar unique scent.

The second conditioners I tried were the Balanced Repair Milk Gel and the Balanced Moisture Milk Gel. This was an interesting texture and great smell. I wouldn't say it's a gel as much as a thick serum almost. Still, it went on extremely well and felt very silky on my scalp. After showering I noticed that it did indeed make my hair look more radiant. The difference between the Balanced Repair and the Balanced Moisture was that one left my scalp feeling more hydrated and shiny, while the Repair added more texture and natural bounce. My mom tried both lines as well and said it was like it put life back into her damaged hair.

Lastly, I had the unique Concentrated Repair Creme and Concentrated Moisture Creme conditioners. These are great for hair that are thick in texture and very dry or damaged. Since my hair is fine, I took only a little bit of the thick creamy conditioner. I was quick to see that a little does go a long way. As for fragrance, these were the strongest smelling and it was delightful. Not only did the creme make my hair feel extremely soft and lightweight, the smell stayed with me.

If you are looking for a new line of conditioners to upgrade to or try, I highly recommend Dove's UltraCare line. These are all incredible and give higher end brands a run for their money. I will certainly be continuing to use these in my beauty routine.

My Thoughts

The Dove DermaSeries Dry overnight face cream is an awesome night cream. The formula is a little thicker than the day cream in this line, but it provides really intense moisturizing. The formula feels a little heavy at first, but right away, I felt my skin getting firmer. Using it all night helps you wake up to glowing skin that feels taunt.  The nights are still pretty cold right now, and this cream is really helping to combat winter skin. I haven't had any dry patches since I started using it. The dark circles under my eyes usually aren't as bad either. It has a very light scent and comes in a cute container that makes it easy to dispense.  This cream will definitely guarantee you a great night's sleep.

They are like getting a luxurious spa day.  So, I was very excited to give the new Shower Foam.  It comes in a variety of scents/varieties including shea  butter and warm vanilla, cucumber and green tea, deep moisture and sensitive skin. When the Dove goodies arrives, I instantly read over the information packet mailed with it.  Everything sounded wonderful and I was ready to use them that evening in the shower!  It instantly bubbled into a light foam that spread easily. I could tell it was gentle on the skin, but was still effective.   It creates a thick lather that's amazingly soft. It  truly feels like it locks in the moisture. After getting out, I was impressed to feel how soft my skin was. After pat drying, I could see the difference in the dryer spots of my body. I've used these products along with my usual after shower moisturizing routine and have loved the results! I'd highly recommend this Dove line to anyone looking for something to help with dry skin.

My Thoughts:

I am a true lover of bath and beauty products! I've enjoyed using Dove for years now and was excited when I heard they released a line of Exfoliating Body Polishes right in time for Spring. The winter months here are extremely bitter. Between snow, ice, and freezing rains, my skin is thirsting for some hydration. Like we exfoliate our face to remove dry skin, our body is often forgotten in that process. Dove has brought forth a product that embraces their signature 1/4 moisturizing formula with exfoliating agents in the mixture! You will get the best of both worlds with this product.

The first aspect of the Dove Exfoliating Body Polish I noticed was that it smelled wonderful! I reviewed the Pomegranate Seeds & Shea Butter option and it was heavenly! The texture was smooth yet thick. It had a whipped texture that spread easily. The Pomegranate seeds were evenly spread through the polish, allowing the user to get enough to spread on the body. I liked to take a small handful and spread it on my loofa. Each time I went into the shower, it felt reminiscent of being at the spa! After use, my skin felt smooth, soft, and smelled amazing! No more dry skin patches! I finished my shower with the Dove Beauty Bar. This is a product that will be added into my regular routine!

After just a few days of using these products, I saw a marked improvement in the condition of my hair. There are less split ends, its much healthier and thicker. My Thoughts

I have heard more than once that you really aren't supposed to wash your hair every day because it strips it of it's essential oils. Well, that might be fine for some people, but I have extra oily hair. By the end of the day, it can look greasy and dirty. There is no way I could possibly go a day without washing it because I will look like a total grunge.  At least, that's how it used to be. Now, I've found a product that will eliminate the need for me to wash  my hair every single day and I will still have fresh, clean hair.  That product is  Dove Refresh+Care Unscented Dry Shampoo. 

I know it sounds crazy. I really didn't think it would work. It actually took me a few days to work up the courage to skip the shampoo when I was in the shower. But finally I did it. I got dressed and was horrified and my stringy, greasy hair.  I sprayed in the dry shampoo thinking it couldn't possibly do anything and I would have to jump back in the shower. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. After spraying the Dove Dry Shampoo on my roots and combing it through, my hair looked great.
