My Thoughts:

I am someone who can't stand taking pills. Due to having chronic allergies, my throat is often times swollen and/or inflamed. Due to this, I tend to struggle taking my daily vitamins unless they are small or chewable. Most chewables unfortunately have added sugars and other fillers to give them a candy like taste. Sometimes, I would wonder if I was doing more harm than good to my body by getting nutrients this way.

When I read about Dr. Joshi's incredible journey that inspired him to create Instavit, I knew I needed to try these products. I was given the opportunity to try Daily Health, Immune Strength, Instant Energy, and Clearer Thinking.

These are truly revolutionary products. The texture of the spray was not gritty or difficult to swallow. Each had it's own unique flavor like peppermint (Immune and Instant Energy), grapefruit (Clearer Thinking), and lemon (Daily Health).
