My Thoughts

As a busy mom, I love natural energy drinks. A good drink can be hard to find. I look for ingredients and make sure it's not loaded with sugar. The Alsa energy packets were tasty. They came in three flavors: Citrus, Dragon Fruit, and Pomegranate Blueberry. Each was good and I enjoyed them.

These are not very sweet. They have a very mild sweetness to them. For me, the flavors of the drinks all tasted the same. The citrus one was the only one that had a slightly different taste to it.

I did like these and I noticed a light amount of energy. It wasn't something that was instant, but the packet stated sustained energy. When drinking this, I didn't feel a slump or after or the need to run around my house. Instead, I was alert and focused. It helped when it was time to get work done on the computer.

My Thoughts

I really like this product. I first tried the Flo Fusion mix to add to water and became a Celsius drinker. I have now gotten to try the carbonated drink from the can. The two flavors I tried were Sparkling Orange and Green Tea Acai Raspberry. Out of the two, the tea one was my favorite. That one didn't have the carbonation, so there are drinks available in the cans that do not have carbonation. I'm a big tea lover, so I think this is why I preferred that one. It was refreshing and I found it gave me a nice burst of energy, but not crawling out of my skin hyper. I also didn't crash after it began to leave my system.

I also tried the Sparkling Orange. In the Flo Fusion, Orange ended up being the one I grabbed the most to drink. However, I'm not an orange soda fan and this reminded me of it with a bit of an after taste. Personally, I wouldn't buy the orange flavor for myself, but most likely another flavor because I do enjoy this drink very much.

The drink claims to burn 100 calories. This is a nice plus if you're using it pre-workout. I did find I could push myself loner while working out when I consumed this. I don't have a way to determine if it burned 100 calories, but the drink as had several studies done on it, so I have no reason not to believe the company. :) 

This is a product I like and recommend. There are many different type of drinks out there to use before you workout for that added endurance. I think Celsius is a great one and it's not calked full of ingredients I can't pronounce.

My Thoughts

My Thoughts

I really liked this drink. I got to try the orange and berry flavor, and both tasted really good. It was actually an enjoyable pre-workout drink. The ingredients list all met my approval as well.

I had a good jolt of energy when taking this, but not like run around the house and climb the walls. It gave me a pick me up and got me moving. If I was lacking motivation to clean or even get my workout in. I could drink this, and the next thing I knew, I felt energized.

I didn't crash either. The energy would gradually wear off after a few hours. The days I drank this, I didn't feel tired in the evenings. Usually by 8:30, I'm nodding off on the couch as I watch TV. But I was able to make it to 10PM without any issues.

This product claims it burns 100 calories when taking it. I have no way to measure this, but I'd imagine from the movement I did, I in fact did burn 100 calories.

I'm really glad I got to try this product and I plan on using more of this drink in the future.

My thoughts:

I have been drinking the Celsius Sparkling Cola (Cola flavor) for a couple weeks now. I only drink one a day in the afternoon.  I have not had any after taste at all.  And it tastes good.  Gives me the boost of energy I need. I was a little nervous at first that these drinks would make my heart race, but that was not the case at all.  I love that I don't have that afternoon craving for any sweets, as I would prior to drinking this.  There is two hundred milligrams of caffeine per can.

I have only tried the Cola flavor, but there are other flavors as well including Sparkling Orange, and Wild Berry.  They also have Non-Carbonated Flavors:  Rasberry Acai Green Tea, and Peach Mango Green Tea.  I do plan on trying the other flavors.
