Becoming a parent is an exciting journey, but infertility is a struggle many couples face when they're trying to conceive. Couples coping with infertility deal with many challenges including depression and anxiety. Because of the psychological impact infertility poses, it's important that couples have access to credible information and emotional support to help them on their path to parenthood.
To complement the support provided by family and healthcare providers, Fertility Out Loud has created a new text-based platform called Fertility Outreach. This platform connects aspiring parents with customized information and guidance from a fertility coach. Recently, New Age Mama had the opportunity to interview one of the coaches and ask their advice on the challenges of infertility. Check out the interview below:
