My Thoughts
Bloodlands is crime series that follows detective Tom Brannick. After fighting crime for decades, he connects a new string of disappearances to an old case from twenty years earlier. Filled with political scandal, assassins, and dark secrets, this series shows us the darker side of Northern Island. This first season includes four thrilling episodes.
1- When the car of missing man is discovered, Tom realizes this is the calling card of a assassin known as Goliath
2- Tom follows a trail to Goliath but it may be leading him in the wrong direction.
3- When a new man goes busy, the police launch a manhunt and Tom begins to suspect the suspect is someone he knows.
4 - Even Tom's daughter is pressing him to uncover the truth and lives are on the line if he doesn't.
This is a really awesome series filled with gripping twists and turns. I enjoyed the twist of mixing in the cold cases and old political drama with the new mystery. It leaves you wondering who the good guys and the bad guys really are. If you want to grab a copy of this DVD set, you can find it online on Amazon or in stores nationwide.
