OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
It’ll take a miracle to save the Killian family’s ranch…but miracles come in all shapes and sizes. Just as a greedy developer (Tom Arnold) plans to take over their ranch, tween girl Sydney Killian and a neighbor boy find a mysterious pony with an injured wing. As they secretly heal the creature, they find the pony’s magical powers could change their fortunes forever. This charming family adventure also stars Charisma Carpenter (The Expendables franchise) and Jonathan Silverman (Weekend at Bernie’s).
My Thoughts
This is an adorable movie about a little girl named Sydney. Her family owns a ranch, and they love their life there. Unfortunately, they are facing some hardships and could lose the ranch. It doesn't look like there's any hope until Sydney and her neighbor stumble across an injured pony. Only this pony isn't really a pony--it's a Pegasus with a broken wing. The two kids work to protect the Pegasus from danger and heal it's wing, and as a reward, Sydney may just be able to save her family's ranch.
This is such a cute movie. It's filled with magic and innocent adventure. It's a great movie to watch with the family. Young children will love it, and even the older ones can appreciate a little bit of magic. The Pegasus is just beautiful and looks very realistic. Cute story terrible acting terrible special effects poorly directed and produced. worst "work" I have seen out of several seasoned actors. continuity department dropped the ball on this as sis the editing crew sound.. all around it was actually quite a sleepy and slow moving emotionless badly scripted and acted effort. Best effort and kudos to the youngest boy and the horse.. they are the only characters who delivered flawless performances and were beliveable except for the old school cartoonist effort to show the horse in flight. not even sure this qualifies as low budge or NO BUDGET film as it appears that even the magical flowers were an effort only a kindergarten teacher would love with the paste and tissue flowers.
