Aroma Box is a monthly subscription box that sends you a selection of high quality essential oils every month. Each month includes three pure oils and one mixed blend in a roll-on container. White Grapefruit- This oil has a delightful citrus aroma. Though Herb Stop normally doesn't recommend using essential oils for internal use (and I absolutely agree), this one is safe for ingestion. One of their tips is to add just one drop to a 1/2 gallon on lemonade to give it a little extra flavor. The scent of white grapefruit can also help relieve fatigue and reduces your sugar cravings.
Cypress Oil - This oil is great for respiratory issues. It's also wonderful to add to lotion because it helps diminish varicose veins. I also got a new tip from Herb Stop this month that I know my mom will love. They suggest adding a few drops to a spray bottle of water to help with hot flashes. Actually, it may not be too long before I need that myself.
Sweet Fennel - Fennel is a great oil to help with digestion. Fixed with Cypress and grapefruit, it can also give you a jolt of energy.
Fat Attack Roll On -This roll on smells amazing. I can happily wear it in place of perfume, and still reap the benefits it provides. This blend is designed to help curb the appetite. Add a dab to your wrists to help you get through those last few hours before dinner.
This was another fantastic box chock full of useful oils. Again, I was excited to try some varieties that weren't completely unknown to me, but which I haven't had much experience with. I also love how Herb Stop includes so many great tips on how to use the oils and even recipes to make homemade beauty products. It's definitely one of my favorite subscription boxes so far.
