My Thoughts:

I've had sensitive, dry skin ever since I was a little girl. Finding the proper lotion and skin care regime has always been difficult. Not only do I try to avoid greasy moisturizers, but finding one that actually works all day to provide relief can be a challenge. When I read about Theraplex's ClearLotion I loved the idea. I've always applied my moisturizers after a shower since the pores are open from the heat. I'm a huge fan of natural oils too, so this product was ideal.

My Thoughts:

As a working college student, getting a pedicure on a regular basis is not something I can fit into my schedule. I have always had dry and cracked heels on my feet. Pedicures tend to help, but normally the issues return not long after. My favorite time was after a shower. I only needed a small amount during each use, and it soaked right in. My feet instantly felt smoother and more supple. The feeling lasted all day. Product Review: The Jojoba Company's 100% Natural Jojoba Oil

My Thoughts 

If you're concerned about the safety and quality of the products you use, there are a lot of options out there for more natural, clean skincare products without harsh chemicals, dyes, and other such ingredients.

The only ingredient, in fact in this product is pure jojoba oil, which is similar to our skin's sobum. The oil is rich in several vitamins and contains antioxidents, which help protect the skin against free radicals. 

At first, it seems a bit greasy to me, but that goes away quickly. I'm assuming because of makeup of the oil, as it's supposed to penetrate deep into the skin. Afterwards, the area I use it on (I've been focusing on hands) feels smooth, and I like how it makes the skin look after. Another thing I like is that the oil is a very versitle product, as they say it can be used as a moisturizer for the skin and lips, and it can also function as a makeup remover. 

One other thing I like is that a little bit of this goes a long way. A small drop on my hands is more than enough to cover them, while also working the oil into my cuticles. If you're looking to try something new to moisturize and nourish your skin, I'd recommend giving this a try.

My Thoughts 

I got the opportunity to review a variety of products from Cure Diva, including the lip balm, nail polish, facial moisturizer, and nail polish remover. These products are all either certified organic, or free of toxic ingredients. 

My favorite of the bunch was the facial moisturizer. It wasn't overly oily as some can be, and it felt light. The lip balm was also nice, moisturizing my lips without that overly sticky, uncomfortable sensation that some lip balms and lip sticks have left behind. I definitely recommend these two. 

As for the polish, it was nice, although the remover didn't really take it off as easily as I would have liked. Even after several applications, I still had a couple of spots here and there that just wouldn't come off until they eventually washed away. I can actually still see some of the clear polish that was left behind, so if you're getting the nail polish, I would definitely suggest getting the clear as well for a protective top coat that will make the color last longer. I did a clear base and then the color with no top coat. 

Overall, I like these brands and I would definitely consider replenishing some of the products once I am out.

My Thoughts:

I see Dove commercials constantly while watching television. The products always appear to be high quality and relaxing. It appears as if the users are going to have a luxurious spa day. After hearing so many good things, as well as seeing how much Dove campaigns for women, I was very excited to give these products a try. I personally love essential oils, and one of my main complaints has always been finding the perfect system to keep my dry skin away. My main trouble areas are my legs and hands. 

When the Dove goodies arrives, I instantly read over the information packet mailed with it. It was similar to what I have posted above. Everything sounded wonderful and I was ready to use them that evening in the shower! I started off by trying the Dry Oil Moisture Body Wash. It instantly bubbled into a light foam that spread easily. I could tell it was gentle on the skin, but was still effective. I ended my shower by using the Dry Oil Beauty Bar. I have to say that was my favorite of the two! It creates a thick lather that's amazingly soft. It  truly feels like it locks in the moisture. After getting out, I was impressed to feel how soft my skin was. After pat drying, I could see the difference in the dryer spots of my body. I've used these products along with my usual after shower moisturizing routine for a couple weeks now and have loved the results! I'd highly recommend this Dove line to anyone looking for something to help with dry skin.

Cons:

The scent is very strong. If you're sensitive to heavy smells, these products may not be for you. However, I adjusted to the smell over time and it does not seem as strong to me now.

I felt so special when I received this product. I had no idea it was going to be personalized with my own name and for some silly reason I was really excited when I saw that!!

Trusted Health Products AM/PM products smell good enough to eat! Obviously the first thing I did was open it up to smell each one and I tested them out that very day. The AM Moisturizer smells divine! Such a powerful lemon scent, which is excellent for in the morning because I know lemon essential oil perks you up. I used to use lemon oil as a perfume in the morning to wake myself up. It does not take a lot of oil to cover your face, which is a good thing because that just makes it last as long.

As for the evening oil, it's scent is a lot more subtle and earthy, but in a good way. They definitely figured out how to bottle the scent of night time. It's amazing!

In their instructions it says to be prepared for a breakout a few weeks in and the most that I had was a blemish here or there, but that was just my face, could be different for others.

The benefits of the oil are incredible. My skin really did become more vibrant. It was soft to the touch all over and sometimes I get red spots but haven't received any since using this oil. I really like it, I think it's a great natural product. I don't like using chemicals, so always try to find natural alternatives and this one takes the cake.
