The Sommerdahl Murders: Series 2

DCI Dan Sommerdahl investigates murders in a lovely Danish coastal town with his best friend, Detective Flemming Torp, and his wife, Marianne, a criminal technician. But Dan's years of devotion to the job have hurt his marriage, and with Marianne wanting a divorce, Dan discovers his rival for her affections is none other than his best friend. And they all must still work together to solve crimes.

My Thoughts

 The Sommerdahl Murders is a crime series set in a coastal town in Denmark. It centers around a criminal technician named Dan Sommerdahl. In the midst of divorce, he works a variety of different mysteries. This season includes eight episodes. 

Lost Dreams Part 1 - In the midst of solving the murder of a musician, Dan ties to win his wife back.

Lost Dreams Part 2 - Dan works with women struggling over the death of the musician.

Love Endures All Things Part 1 - A school teacher is killed was having a liaison with a cop.

Love Endures All Things Part 2 - Another teacher dies and the team turns their attention to the school staff.

I Hate that I Love You Part 1 - The team investigates arson at a local restaurant that leaves someone dead.

I Hate that I Love  You Part 2 -  A chef received death threats at a local competition. 

The Ends Justify the Means Part 1 - Someone murders a paraplegic at a nursing home.

The Ends Justify the Means Part 2 - Another murder leads to an undercover cannabis ring.  

This was a fantastic series with unique  mysteries. I can't wait to see what happens in season three.
