My Thoughts 

Shadow Lines is set in Finland after World War II. A young girl named Helena finds herself trapped in the world on espionage. She is trained to defend Finland no matter what the cost, and this leads her into all kinds of dangerous situations. This first season includes ten thrilling episodes. 

Bloody Fist - In 1955, a Finish task force operation goes wrong and they call in a young student.

Flip of the Coin - Determined to prove herself, Helena tries to set up a CIA agent.

Escape from Porkkala - Finish spies attempt a break in at a military base and Helena finds a secret door.

Female Instinct - Helena is an official member of the FIST. She watches the wife of a agent who is selling secrets to America.

Murder in Moscow - Helena travels to Moscow for an undercover fashion show.

Unexpected Allies - A political party is an used as an excuse to gather intel. 

The Price of Freedom - The FIST tries to intercept money the CIA is sending to a political campaign.

The Final Mission - Helena arranges an escape for Sergejev.

The Return to Porkkala - The mission is a success and Porkkala is returned to Finland.

The Election - Every effort is made to keep the CIA from interfering with the election.

Shadow Lines is an exciting spy drama filled with twists and turns. I especially love seeing a female spy at the center of all the intrigue. I'm excited to see what happens in the next season.
