My Thoughts
One Lane Bridge is a new crime drama with a dark side. Set in New Zealand, it centers around detective Ariki Davis who is working to explain some mysterious deaths. He's a detective, but soon he finds herself having visions that may help him solve crime, but which also put him in danger. This first season includes six exciting episodes.
Arrival - When a body is found at the bottom of a bridge, tensions mount between Davis and his coworkers.
Denial - Suicide theories are cast aside and Davis starts to see signs.
Escape - Davis suspects the victims wife maybe involved, even though she's in a wheelchair.
Fall - The wife is brought in for questioning and Davis's weird behavior jeopardizes his job.
Acceptance - After some heroics, Davis is reinstated at work. A part of cut short when a guest goes missing.
Answers - Davis visions help me find the final piece of the puzzle and find the killer once and for all.
This is a really awesome series that blends forensics with some paranormal aspects. It's a nice twist on the other crime dramas out there. I'm excited to see what happens in the next season. If you'd like to grab a copy of this amazing DVD for your collection, you can find it in stores nationwide or online at Amazon.
