My Thoughts
Des is the story of a real British serial killer known as the kindly killer. While seemingly a mild mannered gentlemen, he stalked the city streets at night. Before he was finally captured, his death toll numbered at fifteen. This series gives a look into the life of the killer. It includes three thrilling episodes.
1- When a body is found, the DI is shocked when a nerdy civil servant freely confesses.
2 - The police question Des and so does a biographer hoping for a good story.
3- Sit center stage and the trial unfolds and people in Des' life wonder if there was anything they could've done differently.
I have a soft spot for serial killers, so I really enjoyed this series. It not only covers the murders themselves, but the capture and trial afterward.
