Jiang Ziya Blu-ray #Giveaway

To earn his place amongst the gods, celestial army commander Jiang Ziya must vanquish a terrifying fox demon threatening the very existence of the mortal realm. After learning the creature’s fate is tied to that of a young girl, Jiang Ziya disobeys Heaven’s edict and spares the demon, resulting in his banishment to the mortal realm. Ten years later, he is given one more chance to complete the task, and Jiang Ziya must decide: is joining the ranks of the heavens worth the price of one innocent life?

My Thoughts

Jiang Ziya is the sequel to Ne Zha, and it's an exciting fantasy film. Jiang is an army commander trying to join the gods. In order to win his place, he needs to vanquish a terrible demon.  He doesn't fear the monster, but when he learns the monster is bonded with a little girl, he has to decide whether her life outweighs his fate and the fate of so may others.

I really enjoyed watching this movie with my family. The animation is fantastic and the characters are well-developed. What makes it especially interesting is that it's based off Chinese mythology. Even the English dubbing didn't take away from the integrity of the film. If you're looking for an action packed family film to enjoy with your family, this movie is a great choice.
