AMC Networks’ UMC features the DVD debut of DOUBLE CROSS on October 6, 2020. The popular UMC Original series follows Erica (Ashley A. Williams, His, Hers, & The Truth, Black Boots) and Eric (Instagram fitness guru Jeff Logan), the “Wonder Twins” who decide to take matters into their own hands after a sudden rise of sex trafficking in their neighborhood. Haunted by their past, the twins set down a path of their unique brand of vigilante justice. Now on a DVD set ($17.96), Double Cross previously premiered on UMC, the first and leading streaming service for Black film and television from AMC Networks, in April 2020. Season 2 is currently in production.

My Thoughts
Double Cross is a exciting new crime drama that centers around a pair of twins who use their unbreakable bond to help bring justice. When local kids start getting kidnapped, they refuse to stand by and let it happen. They walk the line between crime and justice and follow their own code. This first season includes six episodes.
Jilted and Justified - Erica is a doctor whose world is turned upside down when her ex winds up in the same ER and her twin brother is accused of murder.
My Brother's Keeper - Erica follow her brother's lead and commits a crime that she may never be able to come back from.
Dr. Epps & My Hyde - The twins have vowed to stop the sex trafficking ring and aren't afraid to torture to get the answers they need.
Duplicitous Nature- Lopez is suspicious of Erica's involvement in Lowe's disappearance. The detective start suspecting foul play, and Eric gets closer to the truth.
Ambiguous Heroes - Eric puts a plan into action to save one of the missing girls. A warrant is issued for Eric's house.
Twin Peaks - The detectives are planning to arrest Erica. The twins have a stand off with the police.
This is an exciting series and really different than anything else on the air right now. I love the dynamics between the twins and how they don't let the rules stop them from doing what they think is right.
