Raw and clean food has become a big concern for a lot of people, me included. That's why I jumped at the opportunity to try L.R. Rice Raw & Unfiltered Honey. It's promoted as being full of antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, which made me want to try the product even more.
Another promoted benefit is that raw and unfiltered honey is full of vitamins and minerals that otherwise might have been stripped from the product with traditional processing methods.
I've been a huge fan of honey most of my life. In fact, when I was a kid that was what I wanted on my chicken nuggets instead of ketchup or other condiments. Now, I mostly use honey in hot tea.
I was really impressed with how well the honey blended in with the drink. Before, I would heat honey and add it to cool tea (I used to hate warm/hot drinks). The honey wouldn't really mix well with the tea, leaving most of it near the bottom and producing an almost sickening taste.
L.R. Rice Raw & Unfiltered Honey not only blended well, but did not overpower the tea at all. There were a couple brands of bagged tea I'd bought and was not happy with, even after adding something to it. I decided to try them again with the honey and was pleased with how good it made the tea taste. It smoothed the bitter edges and soothed my soar throat. I'd definitely recommend this brand and will be looking for more after I run out of the two bottles I received.

I'm a simple girl - honey on toast with my coffee in the morning - can't beat it!
My stomach hates drinks in the mornings but if I don't start drinking water as soon as I get up, I won't get my water in for the day which I MUST do for health. So I heat up some water to luke warm and put in a tad of honey. Not only does this coat/soothe my stomach but it tastes great!
