Book Review : Rejuvenate by Jeffrey Stephen Maki

Use this book to refresh, reboot, regroup, and recharge your being, your spirit, your outlook, your confidence, your energy and your life. That process begins with a simple but profound truth. You are a one-of-a-kind miracle and you are here for a reason. You matter.
But it can be a tough challenging world at times, and we can easily forget that we are here to follow our inspiration and to become more than we are today. So every once in a while our spirit, mind and body need to be rejuvenated.
We need to be reminded of our limitless potential. No matter what your age, circumstances, or past — your future starts now. It always starts now, and even one tiny step in an empowered new direction can make an important and positive impact on your future and the futures of those lives you touch. Grasp that reality and in the process of becoming rejuvenated, you will also become a source of healing and inspiration for others while you ascend to higher levels of consciousness, joy, success, and happiness.

Our Thoughts

This book was such an easy read, and I mean that in a good way. There wasn't a single page in this book that did not inspire me somehow. I could pick this up at any point, read a few pages and immediately be saturated with positive vibes that the author puts off in his writing.

He has a very no-nonsense approach with how he explains "life" and really makes you look at things from a different perspective. The book is peppered with uplifting quotes as well, which I love, as does most people on social media.

The information in this book really sticks with you too. The part that stood out the most to me was about patience and the stop-light, road rage guy. It puts into perspective how we can so easily become frustrated and angry, simply by not taking the time to understand the bigger picture.

Everyone needs more positivity in their life, and this book is a great guide of showing you how to attain that for yourself. It is explained so simply that you don't feel overwhelmed with think you have to make all of these huge changes to attain happiness.

Buy yours On Amazon and don't forget to check it out on Facebook! He posts excerpts from the book that are uplifting too!
