Easter Gift Guide - The Best Easter Egg Hunt Ever from Parragon Books - Review & #Giveaway
On a warm spring day, in the tall green grass, a little gray rabbit was sniffing the air. It was Easter Sunday. It was ... egg-hunt time! But can Rabbit find the most special Easter egg of all?
My Thoughts
The Best Easter Egg Hunt Ever is an adorable story perfect for spring. Its the story of a little rabbit who goes off on an Easter Egg hunt with all his friends. Along the way, he helps many other animals to retrieve the eggs they find, but he doesn't find one for himself. Instead, he discovers other treasures and is given special thank you gifts like flowers, grass, and feathers. Finally, Rabbit does find an egg, and thought its not as fancy as the rest, he'll soon learn its the best egg of all. Plus, all those treasures he collects along the way come in pretty handy.
My children just loved this book. Its beautifully illustrated with adorable characters and bright colors. The story is just long enough to hold their attention without them getting bored. Best of all, it teaches a valuable lesson. Kids will learn that playing together is more fun that winning the biggest or shiniest prize and that what's on the inside is more important than what's on the outside.
