I am really not familiar with the brand. i did read on Amazon.com that the Yrgachaffe is a mild to medium blend so I think I'd like it best.
I'd get the variety pack so I could decide what I like that way!
I think I would like the Umbila roast the best.
I would most like to try the Variety Pack, so that I would know which single version to buy later. The single version I'd like best is probably the Don Jimenez.
I think I would like to try the variety pack so I can see what I like and don't like.
Copaiba would the variety I most want to try as it is the only one that is labeled as organic.
