My thoughts:

My husband and I have been taking AHCC for almost one month.  My husband's energy level has doubled since taking AHCC.  He comes home from work and doesn't want to go lay down.  As did quite often before taking AHCC.  He actually has energy to sit outside, take bike rides, walks, etc. with myself and our ten and seven year old.  I can feel that I also have felt more energetic.  

The fact that AHCC fights against Flu, Colds and other infections is a major plus.  With having two children in school, I go in often in their classrooms and help out.  Being around kids, There is always some kind of infection going around. I am thrilled to be taking a supplement that will fight against the majority of sicknesses that children seem to get and spread to others.

AHCC is a miracle supplement in my eyes.  The vegicaps are easy to swallow and leave no after taste.  You just need to take two to four daily before meals.  I definitely recommend this product.
