Review: Power Crunch Protein Bars

 

Power Crunch are protein bars, protein powders and ready-to-drink shakes. Power Crunch’s protein bars differ from others in that they use easy-to-digest “smart” hydrolyzed whey protein, which is immediately absorbed by the body and provides sustenance for the brain and muscles while maintaining blood sugar at a constant, healthy level.

The Power Crunch Original protein bars come in light crème-filled wafer cookie bars (up to 14 grams of protein), which don’t weigh down your stomach like typical protein bars. My Thoughts 

Wow, are these things tasty! As a mom of four doing double duty as a author and a blogger, I can always use a little power boost, especially after a day of chasing kids around outside. I've tried other protein bars before, but most of them had an artificial flavor I just couldn't get past. The Power Crunch Bars are not like that at all. They remind me of the vanilla wafers I used to love as a kid, except they come in a variety of tasty flavors including:
