It doesn't create billowing clouds of smoke, but you still get that tasty grilled flavor you crave. Below the grill is a 600 watt heating element that is perfect for melting cheese or keeping things warm. You just place the pans under the warmer, and when its done, you grab the stay cool handles. Because the whole mechanism is no stick, food slides right off onto your plate with no mess.  Clean up is a breeze too. Just wipe it down with a little soap and water once it cools off and you're good to go.
