Straw-Nana Smoothie with Silk #SwitchtoSilk

For day #6 of our switch to Silk Challenge, we decided to try one of their Smoothies. For this one we used the Very Vanilla Silk which gives it a little extra vanilla flavor. I'm not the best at following directions, so I need switch things up a little to use what I had on hand. We used ice cream and fresh fruit instead of frozen fruit, but I think either way it will turn out just as good. I had my kids mix it up and try out this fresh fruity treat and it was a huge hit. Even the baby loved it. It took only a few minutes to make and is a healthy snack that anyone can enjoy. Check out out video below and a little further down you will find the recipe.
