Treasure Chest Mystery Box from Magick Souls — 1 of 3

I was going to try a different mystery‑box company this week, but then Magick Souls dropped their Treasure Chest deal and the prices were way too good to pass up. I grabbed three little treasure chests for $30, and honestly, the boxes alone are worth that price. They’re sturdy, adorable, and perfect for storing crystals, jewelry, or whatever magical charms you collect.

This post is for Chest #1, and it did not disappoint.

What as Inside Chest #1

This chest was packed with a gorgeous assortment of crystals and carved stones — definitely the kind of mix that makes these boxes feel whimsical and fun.

Here’s what I found:

• Mini amethyst clusters

• Two pyrite nuggets.

• A green carved mushroom

• A rose‑quartz heart

• A pink crystal point

• A blue carved rabbit

Everything was neatly tucked inside the wooden chest, and the mix of shapes, colors, and textures made this first box feel like a tiny magical treasure haul. For $10 per chest, this is an incredible value, especially considering the quality of the box itself. My Thoughts

This amazing books is filled with spiritual and physical ways to use your crystals for healing, self-love, and pleasure. One of my favorite sections of the book was on the energy orgasm. This comes in the form of an emotional release that might be the pure joy of laughter or cleansing tears. However it occurs, it is a freeing and magical experience. In addition to all the knowledge you gain about spells and your own body, you will also take something away from the beautiful imagery within the pages. As as single mom, I don't often give myself the me-time I deserve. This book is giving me the tools I need for self-healing so that I can recharge and take on all that life throws at me.

I took so much away from this book. There are different ways to work with all your chakras, and unique ideas on how to use crystals and oils for healing. There are also great ideas on how to achieve pleasure that have nothing to do with sex. There is more than one way to treat your body to a self-love experience, and many of these techniques could carry over to your relationship to help you grow closer in ways you never imagined. This is an amazing book, and I am thrilled to have added it to my library.

My Thoughts

I love crystals and stones and have a massive collection of them. I have been working with crystals for years, but there is always more to learn. Sometimes I just buy a stone because I like the look of it or feel drawn to it, and don't even know what it is. This book is great because it lists dozens of different types of crystals and how they can be used in magic, ritual, and meditations. With this book, I can look up the name of the stone or match up my crystals to the vivid photos to make sure I know what I'm working with. Unlike most of my other books, this one even includes some of the more recent discoveries. I especially loved he details on aura quartz which have been bonded with other minerals to enhance their effects.

The book is very well organized. All the crystals are listed in alphabetical order. On one side, you have a full page photo of the stone. The other side gives you lots of information including the place of origin, and how to use your stones for healing and transformation. In addition to getting the rundown on your crystals, this book also gives you a brief refresher on chakras, and a glossary with a lot of common terms. 

I really enjoyed this book. It is beneficial to experienced rock hounds as well as newbies. It will help you better connect with your favorite crystals by providing insight into their properties and tips on how to best use them.

Introducing new crystals and jewelry from Reading by the Light!

I began selling readings primarily, and this year I have decided to expand the shop to bring you crystals and jewelry! Running a metaphysical shop of my own has always been a dream of mine. I'm excited to announce I'm offering a large variety of raw, cubic purple fluorite in my latest update. These beauties have fascinating cube formations. There are even a couple fluorite crystals that have rainbows inside like the one below. Colors range from deep purple hues to gentle almost lilac shades. All crystal orders will be cleansed by my singing bowl before being sent out to you. That way they will be ready for use. Prices range from $4.00 to $7.00. Shipping is $2.50 and I will combine the cost if you order more than one and they can fit into the same bubble wrap envelope.   

My line of Reiki infused Chalcedony Aura pendants have been a favorite since their launch back in May. These stunners are gold plated and  have a ton of sparkle and shine! A true statement piece! You can choose the pendant only or request a chain.  They range from a variety of colors like rainbow, light blue, brown and dark blue. Once purchased, I will cleanse the crystal with my singing bowl and infuse the pendant with Reiki. If there are special requests for a focus or concern, send me a message on Etsy.
