My Thoughts:

I am a huge tea lover. It is what powers me through the day and also what relaxes me at night. Picking the right tea has never been easier since trying Numi! They have a wide variety of teas to choose from. Each one of these tea combination packs are ideal! Whether you are buying for yourself, a friend, teacher, or loved one, Numi will have you in tea nirvana!

Tea by Mood is the perfect pack if you're someone (or if you know someone) who enjoys tea to raise their mood or energy level! As someone who uses tea holistically, this was my go to for when I needed to relax, recharge, or desired a little boost in power. Each cup of tea did what it said it was going to! The Organic Tea Flight was such a treat! I am a huge fan of bamboo and the box was absolutely gorgeous. The artistry of it is phenomenal and it'll make the perfect storage box for the future after I enjoy the luscious teas! If you'll looking for a unique group of flavors and something to enjoy that is GMO free, Fair Trade and organic, this is the combination pack for you! Although I loved all of them, the Chocolate Pu-erh stood out to me as a chocolate lover. It was nice to enjoy the taste of the sweet treat in a healthy way. Product Review: Davidson's Organic Teas

I've recently gotten into drinking hot tea, so I was excited to try this organic brand. The teas come in a variety of flavors, with eight bags in each of the boxes I received. I chose to try the apple cinnamon, pumpkin spice, wild strawberry, and the green tea with lemon and ginseng.

The flavors sounded great, and according to my husband, smelled wonderful. Sadly, I found that they were lacking in the actual taste. The apple cinnamon was the most flavorful in my opinion, with the green tea/lemon/ginseng coming in second. The taste was strongest for me when the tea cooled down enough to chug it. The worst for me was the pumpkin spice. When I tried to chug it to see if it would give more flavor like the apple cinnamon, it burned my throat. 

Overall, these are good if you are looking to get the benefits of tea while being assured of organic standards, but don't have expectations of big flavor.

Our Thoughts

As much as I hate to admit it, I love energy drinks. Obviously when I saw that these were HEALTHY energy drinks I jumped on the opportunity to do a review. Not only did I get the SUPERENERGY, but I also received the SUPERWATER, which promotes alkalinity in the body and that is something I'm constantly striving for.

As for the SUPERWATER, I was curious to see if the taste would be different from "normal" water, but it was not. My children and I all sipped on the water and I explained it was to help promote balance within our bodies. Immediately my four year old started balancing on one leg to see if this "superwater" was going to live up to it's name!! The water tasted like normal water, so you do not have to worry about there being any odd tastes to it. Just know that you're drinking not just any water, but SUPERWATER that promotes an alkaline body and has additional antioxidants and nutrients for health!

As for the SUPERENERGY, I can see how this product might be hit or miss in the energy drink community. As for it's energy power, absolutely, yes I felt like I drank a pot of coffee. I was very upbeat but without the horrible jitters that accompany other energy drinks. Also, no stomach pain that my husband can sometimes get when he drinks an energy drink (I had him try it out too). The energy is definitely there. The taste is something that might have to grow on some. Upon first sip, my tastebuds could not really tell if I was drinking an energy drink, a fruit drink, a pop, tea, or who knows what. I could not pinpoint the flavor of the drink, but after a few sips I decided that I LIKED it like that! My husband was not too keen on the flavor, however so I enjoyed double the fun.

Comparable to gas station energy drinks, I definitely say get this one. It's obviously healthier for you, the energy is there and the taste is quite unique!

OUR THOUGHTS:
We eat paleo here; my tastes have changed considerably.  I had tried some rooibos tea in teabags years ago and didn't care for the taste - but now that my tastes have changed, I wanted to try it again.  And I'm glad I did - this stuff is really good!  But not just really good, I mean really  good . . .

I received all 5 flavors to try out, and I gotta say, this tea's fantastic!  The Vanilla Chai is hands down my favorite . . . it's like drinking a cream soda, but without the carbonation (which is fine by me!).  I'm savoring the Cranberry Pomegranate as I type!  The flavors are just right - not overly bold, just a very nice well-rounded flavor, with the taste of the rooibos in the background.  I'm not ashamed to say I took down two bottles upon opening the box, it's that good!  Really, really good!  I also like that it's in glass bottles rather than plastic. 

My mom loves peaches, so I gave her a bottle of the Peach flavor to try - she loved it!  Had the same thought I did - these are so freakin' tasty, they are hard to drink slowly - you just want to keep on drinking!  The only one I didn't really care for was the unsweetened one.  But, to be fair, I tried it *after* drinking the sweetened flavors, and I know from experience that if you've had a taste of something sweet, something not-so-sweet will taste even less sweet.  Now if I had tried that one first, I'd probably have liked it better.

Being paleo, we bring our meals with us as it can be hard to find paleo friendly food & drink when out and about.  It's nice to know that this is an option actually out there in stores!
