My Thoughts

What a great campaign to get behind. My daughter has loved the items she got that state Girl Power on them. She has worn her hoodie everyday and has gotten many compliments on it. She has taken the wrist bands that came with it and given them out to her girl friends so they can also spread the word on Girl Power and feeling empowered.

She also got a matching shirt that she's already worn several times. While she is 8 and might not fully understand the message that she is portraying in her clothes, her confidence is up in them.

The articles of clothing were well made and very soft. She said she adores how comfy the hoodie feels when on. We live in the south, do it doesn't get too cold here. This is perfect weather right now for a hoodie.

Back to School with GILT

Where did the summer go? Before we know it, the kids will be heading back to school. Adorable Sleepwear from My Little Shop

My Little Shop is a brand of adorable children's sleepwear.  They've been popular in Europe for years, but they are excited to make their US debut! They offer a wide array of sleepwear for both girls and boys in classic designs you're sure to love.

We received a few sets of PJS and what I love the most about them is the timeless feel to them. When I look at pictures of my parents when they were kids, they were wearing pajamas just like these. My son received the Vichy blue boy pajamas.  This two piece set includes a button-down shirt in a striped pattern with matching trousers. They have a nice elastic waist to provide the perfect fit every time.

For my daughter, we received the Starry Night Pajamas. This light-weight set is perfect for summer. I love the star design which is simple but elegant. It is a little see-through, so I make sure my daughter wears an undershirt beneath it, but she just loves the style and comfort it offers.

Summer shopping can be just as much fun for kids as it is for adults. My daughter is five and she's my little fashionista. She loves buying new clothes when the season's change, and she was super excited to pick out some new clothes for spring and summer. For my daughter,  we received an adorable summer dress. It has red and white strips and a really cute cherry design, including dangling embellishments.  The dress falls to just below her knees. It's also machine washable, and didn't fade or run when I cleaned it.

The Good Ones - Clothing Company for Boys #GoodOnesClothing - #Giveaway

Boys like to pretend they don't care about fashion as much as girls do, but I've got two sons and they're both pretty particular about what they wear.  The  Coast to Coast tee  was the perfect compliment to the pants. It's made with soft cotton and there are no itchy tags. The colors compliment each other perfectly.

Finally, we received the World Tour Jacket. This is my favorite piece of the three. It's perfect to use as a jacket in the spring, but the hunter green color will be just as nice for the fall. It's a nice weight for outerwear and it's even waterproof so it can be worn in all sorts of weather.

The whole ensemble comes together perfectly and makes for a great outfit little boys of all ages would enjoy.
