Today my stepfather Fernando came back to open a few more packages of unclaimed mail, and as always, he delivered pure entertainment.
First up was a face exfoliator which he inspected like it was a power tool. Next, he pulled out a frying pan which he passed on to my mom since she does the cooking like any good Italian Nona.
And finally, the star of the show: a cowgirl jacket that he attempted to model for us. Emphasis on attempted. It was about three sizes too small, but he still it a try like he was auditioning for a Western fashion show.
Another day, another round of unclaimed‑mail and Fernando always makes it worth watching.
