My Thoughts
I love doing yoga - but never seem to have the time to go to classes here in town or try to come up with my own routine. Between chauffeuring the kids, work, blogging, and running a household, there just isn't enough time in the day for all I'd like to get done. I like how the workouts are separated into different categories according to your hear needs, so you can choose what you want to work on.What I really like about the DVD is that it's so simple and easy to follow.
