At its core, “Once Upon a Time” is a story about hope. As the sensational series concludes, the residents of the Enchanted Forest face their greatest challenge yet as The Evil Queen, Captain Hook and Rumpelstiltskin join forces with a grown-up Henry Mills and his daughter, Lucy, on an epic quest to bring hope to their world and ours. New and old fairy tale characters search for true love, find adventure and take sides in the ongoing struggle of good against evil.
My Thoughts
In Seeason 7 of Once Upon a Time, we rejoin Henry Mills long after the epic battle for Storybrooke. He is grown up now and looking to make a name for himself. It turns out that he is a true prince charming. He meets and falls in love with Cinderella, but as in the classic, he'll have to contend with her evil family before he can live happily ever after. When an evil sorceress named Gothel wipes out the memories of everyone in town, only Henry, Cinderella, and her daughter Lucy, along with a few friends, can help to save the day. In addition to this primary story line, you will also discover the fates of some old favorites like Regina, Rumple, Belle, and many more.
Once Upon a Time was one of my all time favorite series because it was a really unique twist on classic characters. While many fans are saying they wish the series had ended with season six, I was thrilled to get one more year and to see a few loose ends tied up. I love how they brought so many different characters into the series as they battled for Storybrooke. I am really going to miss being able to watch it on television, but I'm excited to have this amazing Blu-ray set so I can enjoy the grande finale over and over again. In addition to getting the last season, this Blu-ray edition also includes some fantastic bonus footage, including deleted scenes, commentary, and bloopers. If you want to get lost in the magic of Once Upon a Time, you can grab a copy of this Blu-ray set in stores nationwide or online at Amazon.
