I make soup and have otc meds at the ready. I will read to them to help them rest better.
I let them lay in our bed to watch movies and make sure they have plenty of fluids and meds available.
I make sure they have lots of liquids, medicines and chicken noodle soup.

When we have a #SickJustGotReal day, they get control of the couch and the tv in the family room. They often get a humidifier beside them, a nice fluffy pillow, and if needed a trash can. They get a lot of love and cuddles and usually advil for aches and pains.
I help the kids when they get sick by making sure they have some nice soup, plenty of fluids and their extra favorite snack on hand. Also of course dimetapp!
