I would definitely want a Boppy pillow on there. I loved it for my first pregnancy for whenever I would breastfeed. Was a lifesaver in the hospital as well.
One of my top baby registry items would be a baby monitor. I feel more secure having a way to hear what is going on in the nursery whenever the bay is in there.
So many necessary registry items for us! I guess my top would be the baby carrier - I love it!
A baby swing is a must have because my babies were fussy and this soothed them.
Definitely a stretchy baby carrier for the newborn phase! Helps with bonding, establishing nursing, helping parents be hands free, and REDUCES crying!
my must have is a good baby carrier. either a woven wrap or one like a boba wrap and then a Tula. baby wearing is so helpful and i love the snuggles so Im willing to spend more on a good carrier and skip other items
A carrier is a total must!
A good structured carrier because it makes life so much easier.
I really want a good baby monitor that I can carry around so I know how baby is doing no matter where in the house I am.
I always buy to give 2 dozen real Cloth Diapers for a new mom. They are great for emergency if you run out. Also great for burp cloths and spills.

My must have is bamboo breast pads! I didn't know about them before I had my first baby, or that I would actually need them and need so many!
My top item is a baby carrier or wrap because I love the idea of baby wearing!
My must have registry item was a baby carrier. It was my must have because of the closeness and so I could get things done around the house!
Our must have is a movement monitor. I was only able to sleep knowing that our monitor would go off if the baby stopped breathing.
My must have for baby #3 is a new boppy. My 2 year old still using my other one!

Cloth diapers for sure!
My must have baby registry item is a baby carrier, I am a HUGE fan of baby wearing and it made my life so much easier with my daughter
A Catbird Baby Pikkolo would be my must have Baby registry item as it has been a lifesaver for me! It allows me to get so much accomplished hands free. It truly fits from the newborn stage into the Toddler stage and doesn't need an infant insert.I also would register for some natural fibre cloth diapers.
A must-have is a great supportive baby carrier. It's hands-free so I can get things done while baby is comforted.
