 LeapTV  is sure to be one of the hottest toys this holiday season, so make sure to order yours now and avoid the crowds at the mall. LeapTV is the only active video game system made just for kids between 3 and 8 years old.  The best  part about it is that it's educational. All the games teach children important skills like reading and math.

The Leap TV system is super easy to set up. It only took us a few minutes to get it up and running. The system is really compact and doesn't take up much space.   The console includes a camera, mount, transforming controller, HDMI cable, AC power adapter, 16GB of memory and built-in Wi-Fi.  It comes with a few basic games already downloaded and you can buy additional games which are small cartridges that you can insert into the console. 

My kids really loved the game console and how each game is attuned to their age level. They can also choose many titles featuring their favorite characters like Frozen, Blaze and the Monster Machine, and more. Once its hooked up, they are able to play independently, but the one issue we have occasionally is getting the camera to pick up their movements. The room has to be VERY bright for this feature to work. At night and on cloudy days, the lighting in my room isn't enough, so they can only play in the daytime when its sunny for certain game.
