My Thoughts

The new Lalaloopsy Surprise Potty Dolls are an adorable new addition to the family. These are nice, simple toys for younger kids. Each doll comes with an three containers of food, a dish, and a spoon  that you can actually use to feed your baby. It also comes with potty seat.  The doll is made from plastic which is easy to wipe off if anything spills on it.  Of course, the coolest thing about these dolls is the surprise you find when they go potty.  Each time they use the potty, they poop out a surprise shape. This works by feeding them a substance sort of like play-dough or magic sand. When it works it's way through their system, it comes out in cute shapes like flowers and butterflies.  My daughter loved this idea and thought it was tons of fun to feed and change her baby. There is definitely a lot to love about these cute and well-made toys.

 Overall, this is a great toy, but you do need to be careful not to "overfeed" the doll. If you give her more than one spoonful at a time, the dough will get jammed inside the doll. Sounds simple in concept, but little girls can get overenthusiastic and start shoveling in it. I already had to clean it out a few times. You will also need to replenish the food supply. We went through two jars in one day.
