Animals have fathers, just like you. Fathers that play with them, care for them, and love them. All the fathers are looking after their children in this fun and playful story by Margaret Wise Brown, author of the children's classics Goodnight Moon and Runaway Bunny.
My Thoughts
All The Little Fathers is a great book for kids and dads to read together for Father's Day. It's a beautifully illustrated tale of the forest animals and the things they do with their children. The bears go fishing, lions roar, and monkey's hang out to give just a few examples. Though there really isn't any action or detailed adventures, what this book lacks in storyline, it makes up for in illustrations. Each picture is beautifully detailed and lifelike. My children enjoyed the story. It's very short so perfect for young children, perhaps between 2 and 4.
