Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Recipe
Makes 16 (1 oz) servings
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup canned organic pumpkin
- 1-2 Tbsp agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or blend of cinnamon, nutmeg and / or all spice, or use pumpkin pie spice)
- Optional: Top with 1-2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions:
Blend whipped cream cheese and
pumpkin until smooth. Mix in agave and add in spices. Note: You can use
a food processor or blend by hand.
