Our Thoughts
Our feet take the brunt of everything. I know my feet are horrible looking because they're dry and my heels are cracking year round. In the summer months it's because I am barefoot so much and in the winter months it's because it's so cold and dry here in Wisconsin. Lavilin was kind enough to send me a few of their products to test and review. Below are my thoughts on each item.
Lavilin Foot Repair Emulsion ($20)
The emulsion is a roll-on liquid. It's really nice to use after a nice bath and pumice stone treatment or after a pedicure. I really like the fact that not only does this roll-on nice and smoothly, but it is odor-less! I have only used this for a few nights (this is probably best to be used at night with socks so it soaks in) but I can already see the difference in my heels and it feels great!!!
Lavilin Foot Moisturizing Gel ($22)
I really like the foot gel right away in the morning. I like to rub this in before I put my socks on for the day because I just love the way my feet feel so smooth! The gel is so nice in conjunction with the Foot Repair Emulsion. The duo just makes my feet feel so much more moisturized just after a couple days of this pair!
Lavilin Softening Cream ($20)
The Softening Cream, like the Moisturizing Gel and Foot Repair Emulsion, I've only been using for a few days but I've been using it on my legs. During the cold months my legs get so dry. I think everyone's whole body just gets dry with the cold weather, though. My legs are so nice and silky smooth with the softening cream! My husband has even noticed!
Lavilin Jojoba Gel Cream ($21)
The Jojoba Gel Cream has been being used by my husband. He works in a hospital so he has to wash his hands quite a bit and anyone who washes their hands millions of times a day knows that you get the "dish lady hands". Your hands get so dry that they start to crack and hurt! The Jojoba Gel Cream has been a godsend for my husband. In just the last five days that he has been using the cream, his hands have looked better and have not been as rough as they usually are. He's really enjoying this cream and has already told me that he will need more so he doesn't run out of it at work! I really think that is a true testament to how well this cream works!
Lavilin also has many other products including other moisturizers, body washes and deodorants. You can take a look at all their products here, but I would recommend the creams as holiday gifts for those in your life that you think would enjoy the pampering! This is a true DIY spa-inspired package!
