My Thoughts
For anyone who chooses to live a gluten-free lifestyle, Kay's Naturals is an amazing find. All the things you've missed the most, like salty pretzels and sweet cereals, can be yours again thanks to this amazing company. I received a sampler to try out and I loved all of it. There is something for everyone, from spicy chips to cheesy puffs of goodness, all of which are loaded with the proteins you need for a healthy, balanced diet. Here's some of the amazing products I tried.
Cereal- Kay's Naturals offers several varieties of cereals, including French Vanilla, Honey Almond, and Apple Cinnamon. Not only are they tasty in milk, the O shapes are the perfect choice for toddler finger foods. They were all yummy, but my favorite was the French Vanilla.
Cookies - One of the cookies I tried were the cinnamon almond. They are bite size portions that just melt in your mouth. They aren't overly sweet, but they don't taste like cardboard like most gluten-free cookies. They are great for kids and adults alike.
Pretzels - My favorite item in the whole batch was the Cinnamon Toast Pretzels. They were amazing and the perfect combination of salty and sweet. The Jalepeno Honey Mustard are good too, but have a bit of a kick to them. Those were enjoyed by my teen daughter who loves spicy things.
Chips - Looking for a chip with lots of flavor and none of the grease? Kay's Naturals have some amazing choice they are packed with protein. Some of their flavors include: Lemon Herb, Crispy Parmesan, and Chili Nacho Cheese. They are so tasty they can be enjoyed alone or used as a cracker.
Puffs & Snack Mixes - If you're looking for unique snacking options, some fun choices are the Mac & Cheese Puffs, Sweet Barbeque Mix, and white Cheddar Cheese Kruncheeze. Each one has its own unique flavor and texture, but they are all an enjoyable treat packed with flavor.
