Book Review: Too Clever VI: Jason's Eagle by Dr. Julia E. Antoine

"Product was received for free in exchange for an honest review."

Too Clever VI: Jason's Eagle, was introduced in Too Clever, the first book in the Too Clever series. In the first story, Jason was five, he is now ten and full of himself. However, he has maintained his love for the American Bald Eagle, only now he is experiencing many more adventures with his eagle friends, and I can't wait to share them with you.

My Thoughts

I read this book to my almost seven year old, and he loved it. As I did as well.  We both learned some very interesting fact about the Bald Eagles.  Each illustration was on a full page, was full of color and illustrated what that particular page was about.

There was so much to learn from reading this book. First, Jason's friend   Mikey did not share Jason's interest in the Bald Eagle, as Jason didn't share Mikey's interest in soccer, but they were still great friends.  Which is great to teach children that you don't have to have the interest with your friends to still be friends.

Jason's parents totally supported Jason's love for the Bald Eagle.  So much as to purchase him a Digital Camera for his good grades in school, so he could capture pictures of the Bald Eagle.  Jason loved to spend every free moment watching the Bald Eagles. His knowledge of the Bald Eagle at the age of ten was so amazing.  And he did not let anything or anyone interfere with his love of them.

Although this book is a children's book, it is a little lengthy, but once you start reading it either with your child/children or by yourself, it is very hard to set down.  This is a great book to add to your library.
