I am over forty and have been trying to slim my belly for the past four years now, with very little luck. I was able to get educated about Serontonin and sugar calories.

This book offers a twelve week meal planner menu and shopping list. the first four weeks is carb recycling. Carb recycling you limit your sugar calories strictly for two days a week, and then cycle back the right kind of sugar calories for the five remaining days.
The next four weeks is extra-happy meal planning. This plan allows you to eat up to 500 sugar calories per day, every day of the week.
The final four weeks is the extra-slim meal planner, where you eat limited sugar calories all week.
This book also has some great recipes, along with some pictures of some of them. This was a very helpful book to me. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is having trouble slimming down.
