In a perfect world, we would all have time to brush our teeth three times a day. In the real world, we go to work, go to school, or chase around toddlers from the break of dawn. I got to try out the peppermint variety and it's a refreshing blast that leaves your mouth feeling fresh for hours. But the great taste is only the beginning of the advantages. Rinsing with this mouthwash after brushing in the morning will provide you with a fill 12 hours of protection against germs. This means your breath will stay fresh for hours but more importantly, you're reducing plaque build-up and greatly reducing the risk of gingivitis.
