I want to go gluten-free to try for better digestion (have gerd) and help joint pain (have osteoarthritis in knees).
I had cut out wheat and sugar for 2 months earlier this year, and I felt way better and slimmer. I would like to get back to a wheat-free, gluten free lifestyle again.
i have talked to a lot of people who have done away with gluten in their diets and say their general health is so much better
