I hate going to the doctor. I'm sure I'm not the only one. But it's a must.
However, there's no reason you can't explore options at home. I'm not fond of pills anymore more than I am of the doctor. So I was quite pleased to be notified of these herbal remedies. Instead of a pill, I can drop a little liquid into a cup of water and drink things that promise to help me.
It tastes like tea, subtle.

First of all, let's talk about the site. Herbalogic offers numerous different remedies, safe for you to take at home, not bitter or nasty tasting like you'd expect herbs to be. They allow you to search their site by affliction/health concern or by remedy.
It's clean, readable, and easy to navigate.

Now, the products:
For those of you with allergies and breathing ailments, there's Easy Breather. I tried this one. You merely shake it well, drop 20 to 40 drops in a cup of water, and drink it. It has a slight mint taste as it is one of the ingredients. *As someone with severe allergies, I was especially grateful they have the ingredients clearly listed and readable on the back of the bottle. No nasty surprises here, such as "OMG. My throat closed up. Does this have cucumber in it?"
I'm finding it very hard to review these herbs as it actually would take a long time to see an results, but I did a lot less throat clearing whilst taking this so I give it a thumbs up.
Decompress is for stress and tension relief--again just 20 to 40 drops in water. More mint, but the predominant flavor was something else--licorice or ginger? I find this did help me relieve some tension in my neck and shoulders. I didn't use it as much as the breather though.
Peacekeeper is for the moody or menstrual woman. I really liked the taste of this but I can't tell you what it is. The ingredients are listed on the back but the taste, I can't quite identify.
Those are the three I tried. The Peacekeeper--I'm really not sure of. I think that's the hardest one to test. I mean, "Am I moody?" LOL It's really hard to tell if I'm any less or more moody than I was before and every...cycle...is different.
They also have herbs for sleeping, Solid Eight, (I WANT!) and focusing and having a quiet mind (for those with frazzled nerves and anxiety. This one sounds promising). Also herbs for hot flashes and peak power (energy). Back in Action helps with joint and back pain.
The site reveals further instructions. These remedies contain a small amount of alcohol and the website tells you how to remove the alcohol if you need to. NO, I never got a buzz or anything. It's not like that, but they provide any data necessary to make sure taking their herbs is a pleasant experience for you.

The prices vary from 24 dollars a bottle to 29, but at 20 to 40 drops twice a day, I predict a bottle will last a month.
I received three of these herbs to review. There is no financial endorsement--just my honest two cents.
