My family received a few of the new Angry Birds Star Wars toys to review, and of course they were a huge hit. These are my son's two favorite things merged into one awesome package. The first thing he tried was the Foam Flyers. We got Chewbacca which was perfect since that's my son't nickname. These soft balls are made for lots of squishy fun. They are great for all ages because the soft foam won't cause any injuries. They are fun for playing catch, wiffle ball, or just as a cool collecter's item.
The Angry Birds Star Wars Millennium Falcon Bounce Game is fun too though it might be better suited for boys a little younger than my ten-year-old son. The object of the game is to knock over the cardboard bad guys with the bouncy balls. My son mastered this pretty quickly, and without much challenge. He still loves the game as a collector's piece even if he doesn't play with it very often. Though the box states the game is recommend for eight plus, I think 5-8 would be a better age range for this game, but that is just my personal opinion as a mom of four. The pieces are small and will be easy to lose if you aren't careful, but aside from that, the game is sturdy and should hold up well.
