Our Thoughts
Just the other day I received a package in the mail and it was the Make Your Own Chewing Gum Kit. My children could barely contain how excited they were over being able to make their own candy, they simply couldn't wait to get home. Good thing there were samples in the box for them to "test" on the way home!
The box came with clear instructions and all the ingredients needed. The instructions did state that is was going to become real sticky once you blended the ingredients together, so I made sure we used one of my old cutting boards before we rolled it out and cut it into bite size shapes. They provide confectioner’s sugar for the stickiness part, but I added some of my own as well to make sure it wasn’t going to cake onto my hands and my children’s hands as well. The box also came with two different flavoring packets.
It was fast, simple and super fun! My kids were ecstatic to have such a fun (and tasty!) craft to do together with their mom. It certainly made an impression on me to want to try their chocolate kit out!
