Our Thoughts: Danny Phantom is a show about a boy who has a freak accident and becomes half ghost. It seems like only yesterday this show was premiering on Nickelodeon and it definitely ended too soon. Unlike a lot of kids shows, this one had a story line that was interesting and funny even for the parents. My two older children loved the ghostly specters that Danny had to fight, and the whole cartoon cast from Danny's computer geek best friend to his would be gothic girlfriend had realistic personalities. Every episode gives you a new villain from ghostly gypsies to bounty hunters. The DVD set contains 7 1/2 hours of ghost hunting action that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Its a great choice for a Halloween marathon. I'm so glad to see that Shout Factory brought back another spooktacular show!
